I began working with Nick with the objective of better understanding my business processes and having an external and impartial view into the business. From the first hour of working together, Nick very quickly began unpacking the business and the way it's run by asking the correct questions and drawing out conclusions and objectives from my own words.
I found that within a brief period, I had quickly spotted some clear roadblocks and some partial and even full solutions to overcome them. Nick didn't outwardly suggest or offer any guidance other than guiding me towards the solutions, which made for a much better resolution as it was from my own thoughts.
Nick was very easy to work with as his demeanour is calm and collected, meaning I felt very comfortable opening up about the business and he demonstrated a completely non-judgemental and supportive manner. As his guidance was completely balanced across all of our departments, there was a genuine fair approach to how we tackled any of the issues with no bias.
